Job Description
We are a Chinese family of 3 (parents + 2-year-old girl) looking for a helper
Who we are looking for
- an honest, kids-loving person
- child care experience - married and have kid(s) of your own - good hygiene, healthy, non-smoker and non-drinker
- work ethics / integrity - look for somenone who had worked for the same employer (in HK/middle-east/TW/Singapore) for at least 4 years
- prefer someone who has a reference letter or former employer is ok to be contacted for reference
- finished contract or terminated contract (for financial / relocation reason)
- someone who is looking for long term, stable employment (we are looking to hire a helper for long term)
Daily job includes
- for baby - preparing food, feeding, bathing, changing diapers, sending baby to nursery and picking her up, sleep with baby at night
- for family - housekeeping, cleaning, laundry, marketing, cooking (occasionally during weekdays)
Benefits
- helper will have an individual room with toilet
- helper is expected to enjoy the same meal/food with the family
Others
- we are easy-going employers and we have a great experience with our current helper, but unfortunately she has to return to phillipines for family reason so that's why we are looking for a new helper
- baby's grandma will be here to help from time to time
- timing to start is flexible but ideally between Jul to Aug 2024
