Chinese family with one baby girl

We are a family of 3 with a 1.5 year old baby girl and one helper already with us.As we are looking to grow our family and we will be moving to a bigger place in June, we are looking to hire another helper. We are looking for someone who can be a part of our family and are looking for someone who is organized, clean and tidy, has a good heart, willing to learn and follow instructions, be a team player and is honest and can communicate well.
