Competent and Kind Second Helper for Chinese-Australian Fam

We are a Chinese-Australian family with two girls aged 3 and 6. We are looking for a second helper to join our family and be responsible mainly for keeping the home clean and cooking.

The ideal person is someone who is diligent, competent, has high cleaning standards, kind and communicates openly. 

Taking care of the kids is not the main responsibility as I spend a lot of time looking after them myself, but as a part of our family, I would like someone who I can trust, someone who enjoys spending time with kids and is comfortable around small dogs (we have two dogs). 

Main responsibilities (shared): cleaning, cooking, marketing, laundry and ironing.

We are looking for the right person for our family who we can rely on for a long time and build a long lasting respectable relationship.

Live-in arrangement, will be shared with co-worker in one private room, own bathroom and separate entrance.
