Domestic Helper: Childcare and Household Support

We are a loving family consisting of Sir and Mum and our two-year-old son.  We are seeking a dedicated, caring, and polite domestic helper to join our household. The primary focus of this role will be to provide exceptional care for our two-year-old son and assist with various household chores. We highly value a candidate who is safety-conscious, patient, and eager to learn.

Responsibilities:

Providing attentive and nurturing care for our two-year-old son

Assisting with getting our son ready for school in the mornings, including preparing breakfast for the family starting in September 2024

Dropping off and picking up our son from the nursery

Preparing nutritious and balanced meals, including lunch and dinner, for our son

Assisting with meal preparation for the entire family

Performing wider domestic duties as outlined in the daily timetable, such as grocery shopping, cleaning, washing, ironing, and also taking care of our two cats

 

Requirements:

Prior experience in childcare and household management

Ability to handle the responsibilities of preparing a child for school and managing various household tasks

Good organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail

Willingness to learn and adapt to our family's routines and preferences

Natural patience and a willingness to repeat and explain things several times

Ability to remain calm and composed in all circumstances

Enthusiasm for spending time with children and understanding the challenges and rewards it brings

Strong safety awareness when caring for our child

Caring and sensitive nature, considering our child's emotional well-being

Ability to work independently and efficiently

Must provide a reference letter

Monthly salary of $5,000 (basic) plus quarterly performance rewards
