Experienced Domestic helper

we need an experienced domestic helper who can 

• speak fluent English to communicate with me and my husband
• take care the baby (baby girl, 3-month old in June) - this is the most important part. The helper should have a decent level of experiences taking care of little babies. A huge plus if the helper has been well trained on baby care 
• clean the apartment 
• cook meals that are ok to eat. My husband and I prefer eating Chinese foods

We’d like someone who’s hardworking, down to earth, honest, and able to communicate well. Most importantly, we expect her to be able to take care our little baby girl. She should like taking care of babies and be patient and loving with babies.
