Employer looking for the right helper to join our family

Hello, our family has 3 members with a 4 year old child. We are looking for someone who is friendly, honest takes initiative and have passion with the work that they do. Our preference is to find a helper with a family to raise back home so we can provide them with the right compensation for their hard work and the life that they gave up back home by working abroad for our family. It is imperative that the helper likes kids and is flexible with the work that they do. We hope to build trust and have a good relationship with our helper since trust is a two-way street.
