European Chinese family look for helper

About the Family:

We are a 3-person family (2 working adults + 1 child) looking for a reliable, honest, and patient helper to join our household. Our priority is the safety and happiness of our 6-year-old son.

Key Responsibilities:

 

· Childcare (Primary Focus):

· Accompany our 6-year-old son to and from school (school bus pickup/drop-off).

· Supervise homework and light academic reinforcement.

· Prepare nutritious meals and snacks for the child.

· Organize playdates, outdoor activities, and maintain a safe play environment.

· Maintain the child's daily routine.

· Cooking:

· Prepare daily family meals (breakfast, lunch, dinner). Preference for [Cantonese / Western / Other] cuisine.

· Responsible for grocery shopping and kitchen inventory management.

· Housework:

· General cleaning (vacuuming, mopping, dusting).

· Laundry, ironing, and wardrobe organization.

· Keep the home tidy, organized, and hygienic at all times.

Our Ideal Candidate:

 

· Experience: Minimum 2 years of verified experience in childcare (with reference letters).

· Language: Fluent in English.

· Personality: Warm, patient, proactive, and loves engaging with children.

· Hygiene: Must have excellent personal hygiene and clean habits. This includes a tidy appearance, maintaining a clean sleeping area, and proper food-handling practices.

· Sleeping Requirement (Important): Quiet sleeper required – no snoring, as you will be sleeping in close proximity, and we need to ensure the child's sleep is not disturbed.

Compensation & Benefits:

 

· Competitive salary (negotiable based on experience) + HKD 51000 per month.

· Food allowance or provision of meals.

· Private sleeping quarters

· Statutory holidays + 1 rest day per week.
