Expat and local family with newborn, dog looking for helper

We are a young family consisting of a Canadian expatriate husband and a local Hong Kong wife with a young, small dog, and we are expecting an additional newborn later in the year. Both the husband and wife work regular office hours. As a result, we are currently in search for a domestic helper to help with house cleaning, pet walking, and eventually baby care; some cooking will be required but not on a regular basis. Given our work hours, we would value an independent self-starter who is able to look after the baby and dog while we are away. Ideally, we would also be looking for a long term helper to assist with the upcoming child through childhood. We will provide regular on and off time and additional allowance for living out as well as dining.
