Expat Family Looking for a Helper

We are a warm and welcoming family of three from the UK, seeking a dedicated Domestic Helper to join our household. Our son, who is six years old, is in school for most of the day. We kindly ask that our helper assists by preparing lunch for him and picking him up from school. If you are comfortable, we would appreciate your support in helping him with his homework as well.

The primary responsibilities include caring for our son while my husband and I are at work, in addition to managing general household tasks. My husband and I travel occasionally for business, so we need someone who feels comfortable staying with our son independently during those times. We have a small, friendly dog who is house-trained and does not require walks, as well as two turtles that do not require much maintenance.

The helper will be provided with her own room and enjoys a guaranteed day off on Sundays, in addition to all statutory holidays. Should you wish to stay overnight elsewhere from Saturday to Sunday, we are open to this, provided we are informed in advance. In our household, our meals are shared, so you will enjoy the same food as the family and be included in family outings and activities. We truly see our helper as part of the family and encourage your participation in our family life.

As our helper is treated with kindness and respect, we expect the same in return.

The salary for this position is negotiable based on your experience and references.
