Our Family's Requirements and Work Arrangements for Household Assistants

We are looking for a dedicated and responsible household assistant who genuinely loves children and can prioritize their needs. If you are hardworking and caring, we are very much looking forward to your joining us!

Child Care

The ideal candidate should be friendly, energetic, positive, and kind to others, and able to engage in meaningful interactions with children, including playing games, reading, crafting, and participating in various educational activities.
We value gentle, patient, and composed traits. When interacting with children, it is essential to maintain a friendly and positive attitude and refrain from yelling.
During child care, please pay full attention to the child. Use of mobile phones should be limited to necessary matters. When outdoors, please avoid chatting with other household assistants to ensure the child's safety while paying attention to their needs at all times.
Children's Learning and Daily Management

We have three children of different ages, each with its unique curriculum, learning tasks, daily schedules, and activities.
The household assistant must carefully review the daily schedule, prepare in advance, and remind the children to complete their tasks on time.
When children return home from school daily:
Check and organize backpacks;
Review school notices and assignments;
Record daily assignments and other important information;
Supervise and remind children to complete assignments on time;
Prepare items needed for school the next day.
Assist children in developing good life skills such as planning, responsibility, and organization.
When Children Are Not Home

While children are at school, studying, or attending tutoring, the two household assistants should effectively manage their time and perform their respective duties.
The assistant responsible for cooking needs to prepare hygienic, healthy, and nutritionally balanced meals.
The assistant responsible for household tasks should handle the following:
Cleaning the house;
Organizing and managing storage spaces;
Washing, folding, and putting away children's clothes;
Keeping the home tidy and orderly.
Collaborative Relationship Between Household Assistants

The two assistants should respect, support, and cooperate with each other while performing their respective duties and assisting each other as needed.
All parties should fulfill their responsibilities to avoid conflicts that may affect workflow. Effective communication regarding children's schedules and family matters is crucial for creating a harmonious home atmosphere.
Communication and Privacy

If you have any questions regarding tasks or arrangements, please communicate directly with the employer and do not make assumptions.
If you encounter difficulties or need additional assistance, please communicate promptly with the employer.
Respecting family privacy is paramount:
Avoid discussing family matters;
Never disclose family information to others;
Avoid gossiping or commenting on others' behaviors.
