Fluent English University Graduate Helper for Childcare

About Us We are a dual-income family located in Hong Kong, seeking a friendly, proactive, and dependable domestic helper to join our household. Our family includes a delightful 4-year-old daughter, and we embrace Montessori principles at home to foster her independence, confidence, and self-reliance. Accommodation & Living Arrangements You will share a bedroom with our 4-year-old daughter, utilizing a cozy bunk bed setup. Key Responsibilities Montessori-Aligned Childcare

• Provide attentive, safety-focused, and engaging care for our daughter (she is a joyful child who you will surely enjoy spending time with!).
• Gently encourage her to practice self-dressing, tidy up, and engage in child-led play within a supportive environment.
• Communicate fluently in English to assist with her language development and daily routines.

Housekeeping & Household Care

• Maintain a clean and comfortable home by managing everyday laundry, tidying up, and keeping common areas neat.
• Prepare healthy and nutritious meals for our family, strictly adhering to food hygiene practices.
• Track household inventory and systematically organize toys, books, and tools at child height for easy access.

Autonomy, Planning & Adaptability

• Efficiently plan daily chores, adapt smoothly to sudden schedule changes, and ensure our daughter is on time for activities.
• Remain calm, agile, and resourceful when faced with unexpected situations or minor child-related accidents.
• Exhibit proactive judgment and common sense to manage daily responsibilities independently.

Candidate Requirements

• Education & Language: University graduate with fluent English communication skills.
• Energy & Adaptability: High energy levels, physical stamina, and full adaptability to a live-in shared room arrangement.
• Experience: Demonstrated domestic work experience, specifically in toddler care and home management.
• Personality: Outgoing, friendly, and well-mannered to serve as a positive role model. Patient, warm, and a fast learner.
• Communication: Comfortable asking questions whenever instructions are unclear, and proactive about speaking up when facing challenges.
