Looking for a foreign domestic helper family

I want to find a nanny who can take care of children, is patient, can cook and tidy up the house, and can pick up and drop off children for school. She should not have any financial obligations and should be able to complete the contract quickly. (There is a recommendation letter from a previous employer)
