Family look for helper

Background 

1) family member: 2 adult, 3 kids (8, 5, new born). We also have 2 cats and a dog.

2) Currently we have 2 helpers, they are sisters, both from Davao in Philippine. one is 45, has worked for 8 years, is taking care newborn and housework

The other one has worked for 5 years, is responsible for managing all other stuff (normal housework, including cooking, picking up the bigger kid from school,etc). She will be leaving to take care her mother.

3) house conditon: We will move to Shatin side (cuhk) and expect to move in in Dec 21. House is quite big. There is an en-suite helper room, the size is not small. The room will be shared by helpers.
