Family look for newborn baby care helper in HK

We are a Chinese family of 2 adults with one toddler, living in Pok Fu Lam, Hong Kong Island, and we are expecting our second baby to be born. We already have 2 Filipino helpers at home, with a clear and fair division of work. One helper mainly handles cooking and household chores, while another mainly cares for our toddler.We are now looking for a 3rd helper to join our family, mainly to care for our newborn baby.This role is focused on newborn care. No Hong Kong experience is needed. We are looking for someone who has given birth (ideally with multiple children) before and has real hands-on experience caring for her own newborn baby.Main DutiesTaking care of our newborn baby full-timeFeeding, burping, diaper changing, putting baby to sleep, bathing, and general baby hygieneHandling night feeds and night-time baby careWashing baby bottles, cleaning baby items, and keeping the baby’s area clean and organizedWorking well with the other 2 helpers in the householdHelping with light household tasks only when baby duties allowNo grocery shopping or wet market shopping neededWe are looking for someone who is:Experienced with newborn care from birthComfortable with night feeds and broken sleepEnergetic, physically fit, and able to handle night wakingPatient, gentle, clean, responsible, and attentive with babiesAble to communicate in English; Mandarin is a plus but not requiredOther RequirementComfortable working in a multi-helper household, willing to share room with babyand coworker if neededWe do NOT accept people who broke their contracts or were terminated in Hong Kong before, unless the termination is because relocation or financial difficulty.What We OfferSpacious 2,200 sq ft sea-view apartment in Pok Fu Lam
