Family looking for helper to care for newborn

We are an Chinese Australian-French family, looking for a live out helper to care for newborn, as well as household chores. The primary task is to care for our second child who is 1 month old. We currently have a live in helper who looks after our first child, so the house chores, marketing, and cooking work will be shared. We are looking for someone who is experienced with new born care, is attentive and detailed, independent and organized, and works well with others.
