Family looking for helper with experience with baby

We are a family of three with a baby that is two months old.

We're looking for a helper to help with taking care of the baby mainly and also do housekeeping and cooking.

Experience with a baby is a must.

We have one dog and one cat.

The dog is medium-sized, 40 lbs., and doesn't bark.

The helper will have her own room but will occasionally need to sleep in the baby's room during the night.
