Family looking for helper

We are looking for a helper to take care of my 1.5 year old kid. My father will help with the groceries purchase and cooking. We looking forward a helper who loves kids and have experience. We have a helper whose contract will be ending in April and she can share her pleasant experience with us. We treat the helper equally and hopefully she can enjoy as part of our family.
