Family looks for helper have newborn experience

We are an Australian Chinese family who has three kids (4, 2 years old and a newborn baby) no pets, no cars. we Have two helpers (filipinos) and one is struggling with take care of newborn  babies as she has zero experience before. so we are looking for someone who is locating in Hong Kong and have newborn experience. We are a caring and friendly family.
