Family of 3 seeking experienced live-in Helper – HK

We are a professional family of 3 (couple + 1 son, age 8) living in Hong Kong, looking for a responsible, proactive, and experienced full-time live-in domestic helper.

Main responsibilities:

• Caring for and supervising our 8-year-old son — actively engaging and playing with him, not just supervising from a distance

• Cooking daily meals (Chinese and/or Western) — cooking skills are a must

• General housekeeping (cleaning, laundry, tidying)

• Grocery shopping • Caring for our family cat (feeding, basic grooming, litter cleaning)

We are looking for someone who is:

• Proactive and self-motivated — able to notice what needs to be done and take initiative without being told every step

• Genuinely enjoys spending time with children and can engage with our son in a warm, caring way

• Able to work independently and manage the household responsibly when parents are at work

• Good English communication skills (to assist son with schoolwork)

• Non-smoker

Requirements:

• Finished contract only (candidates currently under contract or with early termination will not be considered)

• Minimum 2 years experience with school-age children

• Strong cooking skills — please describe your cooking experience in your application
