Family of 4 looking for an impatient helper

We are a family of 4, including a 3 year old baby girl and a 1 month old baby boy. Looking for an assistant with a minimum of 2 years experience caring for newborns and young children. We would like someone to be patient, have attention to detail, have good hygiene and enjoy looking after young children/toddlers. Ideally a quick learner, an organized person and able to manage cleaning, washing and ironing.
