Family of 4 looking for full time helper

We are a family of 4 members, two working parents, 1 toddler of 3 years old, and a baby (4 months). 

We are a very loving family. We take very good care of our helpers and treat them as part of the family. 

We pay good salary. Additionally, there is year-end bonus (based on performance) and other bonuses for special occasions (Christmas, CNY). There is opportunity to travel abroad with us. 

We are looking for a full time helper with the following responsibilities -

Take care of the baby (most important. We have another helper taking care of the toddler). You will share a room with my other helper (the room has separate washroom, AC, etc.). For the first few months, you will sleep with the baby in his room overnight. You will get a few hours of rest time during the morning. After the baby is 9 months old, we don't need you to sleep with the baby; 

Housekeeping (cleaning, laundry, ironing) (*this task is shared with the other helper); 

Cook Chinese food. Western or Indian food a plus (*this task is shared with the other helper)

Our other helper is very easy going, so you do not need to worry at all about co-working drama. We expect our helpers to work together and help each other out if the other person is busy. For example, if one kid is sick and requires more work, the helper looking after the other kid will do more housework. 

Our key requirements are - 1. Can communicate in English 2. Clean and organized 3. Warm and good with kids
