Happy family of three

We are a family of three, 2 adults + 8-year-old boy (do not want a second child). My husband works away from home, and my wife has a flexible job and can work from home. My nanny does not have to pick up the children from school in the morning, and only picks up the children from school three days a week. Breakfast is very important to us. The nanny needs to get up at 6 o'clock in the morning to prepare breakfast, and basically does not have to prepare lunch. My husband and I rarely eat dinner, and the nanny only needs to prepare dinner for herself and the children. There is a mini dog, and I need to take the dog for a walk for about half an hour every day, and wash the car every Monday. The family area is about 800 square meters (2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms + nanny room). Responsible for cleaning and tidying the room every day. (There is a sweeping robot, so there is no need to vacuum and mop the floor every day, and there is also a window cleaning robot.) The nanny has her own small room and can rest on Saturday or Sunday (choose one of the two). She returns to China after breakfast every Saturday and comes back on Sunday afternoon. The curfew time for the holiday nanny is 6:30 pm, and the nanny has to wash dishes. I want to recruit an assistant (college degree or above), careful, gentle, kind, no smoker, no alcohol, no tattoos.
