Family seeks domestic helper for child care and housekeeping

We are an American/Chinese mixed family with a 4 year old daughter.  Primary duties will include child care - taking to/picking up from school and typical household things kids need…baths and such.  In addition, light housework is required as A)our house isn't all that big, and B)we're pretty organized.  Lots of kitchen/household gadgets to make life easier.  We are hoping for someone who can keep our daughter engaged and keep up with her very high energy level.  You really have to love kids for this job and you need to be prepared to help us teach her pretty much everything.
