Canadian Chinese with 2 Children 1 Cat Looking for Helper

We are a family of 4 members looking for a helper to become a part of our family. We have 2 kids who are 4.5 yo and 2.5 yo and 1 cat. We are fair and believe in treating each other well. We don't expect things to be perfect, as long as the helper is willing to learn and try, we will work hard to support in any way we can. 

Main responsibilities: cooking, cleaning, childcare, and cat care. MUST ENJOY cooking large Asian meals and follow recipes. 

• Location: Hong Kong Island
• Salary: $4990 HKD/month, shared meal
• Position: Live in, full-time, long-term
• Day off: Sunday
• Accommodations: Helper will sleep in children's room
• Start Date: October

We are a working family and need a reliable and responsible partner who can wake up early to help us with cooking and childcare. I work from home in the mornings (6:30-11 am) and need support preparing my children for school and sending them to school in the morning. Other childcare tasks include playing with them every Saturday mornings and watching them when I am away for work. 

It is important to us that the helper can make three meals a day and keep our home clean. Our cat has a special diet so the helper will need to be able to follow a recipe and make her food as well which includes handling raw meat. We love diverse foods (e.g., Chinese, Korean, Vietnamese, Filipino, Indian, Western) and are open to trying new food as long as it's mainly Asian and there's a variety each day. 

In summary, we are looking for a live in helper with the following skills:

• Loves to cook: 3 meals a day, follow recipes, meal planning, make diverse Asian food, make cat food, buy groceries and other items at wetmarket and shops
• Warm with children: interested in becoming part of the family, get kids ready for school, play with kids, watch for safety
• Responsible with general cleaning and daily laundry including vacuuming, mopping, disinfecting washrooms, cleaning cat litter
