Family with 2 kids, looking for a helpers

We have 2 adults and 2 kids, one is 1 years old, and the one is 3 years old.
We are living in a house with 4 rooms.  Right now we have 2 helpers, and we want to hire one more.
The helper will share room with one helper, with their own toilet.
It is not a demanding job, play with the child, share housework, etc.
Good English and know how to take care kid is important.
