Family with Dogs and Baby on the way, Looking for Helper

My name is Stella and we are a Swedish/Chinese family that consists of me and my husband (and a baby on the way), my mother, and two dogs. We currently have a wonderful helper from the Philippines living with us, but as we have a baby on the way, we are looking to grow our family team to include one more person that can help us with baby care and also cooking, grocery shopping, and pet care. We hope to find someone who is dedicated, responsible, detailed, caring, friendly, has a lot of positive energy, and knows how to solve problems.
