First time parents looking to hire first helper

We are an easy-going, mixed couple (British husband with PR, Chinese wife) with a newborn baby and we are looking for a maid to help primarily with the cooking and household chores. Over time babysitting will also be appreciated. This will be our first time hiring a helper and we are willing to be flexible about most things. Our place is around 600 sqm with the option to live-in if required. We have a very happy household, full of warmth, light and laughter, so someone equally positive and cheery would fit in well. Experience with babies and cooking Chinese food are desired.
