Four adults family looking for a domestic helper

 I am looking for a domestic helper to look after an elderly, do the domestic work, buy food and groceries, cook food, wash a car once a week, and look after a dog (Mainly, I take care of the dog. What you do is to change the diaper and clean the cage). 

We are looking for a domestic helper who is trustworthy, and honest.
