French and Japanese family looking for live out helper

We are family of four ( 7 and 5 years old ) , Japanese and French couple with two mixed chilldren. Our house is Ma Wan.

looking for a helper who can help

• groceries
• cleanings
• kids pick up
• occasionally stay over when we have a business trip ( one room is provided )
• cooking
• tutoring ( not a must but ideal )

We are quite independent family so we appreciate someone who can execute properly what we asked for and tidy, clean up very well.

Must have quality is

1) keep kids safe and engage with them ( not chatting, looking at phone or socialising for your own )

2) no phones policy during working hour except for update purpose

3) not borrowing money from others

4) Honest, if make mistakes, not hide or lie nor defensive. We care attitude rather mistakes

5) Not spreading anger or moody attitudes to family. good at guidance to kids

Saturdays can be half day but TBD

We give incentives whoever work diligently, honesty with a good attitude. Holidays can be once or twice a year depends on the performance
