French family with 3 month baby looking for a helper

Hi there, we are a young couple with a 3 month-old baby looking for a helper to join our household full time.
This is our first baby so the most important skill is to be able to take care of our little baby while we are working. 
Other duties will be basic housekeeping, groceries and cooking. 
We now live on Lamma Island with a beautiful big garden and a relaxing surrounding. 
We are looking for a bigger flat either on Lamma or elsewhere to have more space for a helper as well.
