About the Role:

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated support coach to work one-on-one with a 23- year-old autistic man, assisting him in daily life, skill-building, and community engagement. The candidate is willing to support an autistic individual , with a patient and encouraging approach.  

Responsibilities:

- Provide personalized support in daily routines, social interactions, and independent living skills.  

- Assist with activities such as meal preparation, personal care, and transportation as needed.  

- Encourage engagement in hobbies, fitness, and community outings.  

- Implement strategies to promote communication, emotional regulation, and positive behavior.  

- Collaborate with family and professionals to ensure consistent, effective support.  

 

Requirements:

- Prior experience working with autistic adults (personal or professional) is ideal.

- prior experience of supporting disabled or elderly with strong interests to learn to becoming a coach for autistic man are preferred. 

- qualifications or knowledge in nursing, psychology, coaching or social work are an advantage. 

- Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude.

- Ability to adapt to individual needs and preferences.  

- Willingness to undergo paid training (no prior coaching certificate required)
