Happy to work in a team

We are a family of three generations - two kids (a 10-year-old girl and a 9 year-old boy), two healthy grandparents, and my husband and me.  We are very fortunate to have 3 helpers already helping to take care of the house and cook for everyone in the house.  We are looking for a helper with a focus on childcare - to get our kids ready for school, to prepare simple snacks and healthy meals for them, and to clean their room and bathroom.  The helper will also need to help around the house and wash our car, but the kids are always the priority.

While some might be worried about working with other helpers, let me assure you that the working environment is very positive.  One helper has been with us for more than 20 years, and the cook has been with us for more than 10 years.  (The third helper is new, because the previous one was nearly 40 years old and wanted to go back home to get married and have children).  Everyone gets along well because we are all nice people and it is clear what everyone's job is in the house.  As long as you are kind and hardworking, you will fit right in.
