Help for Scottish/Western Chinese family

We are a Jesus Christ follower family, we are a family of 4. Scottish Husband, Western Chinese Wife, a boy 9yr old and a 8yr old girl. And we have a golden retriever 4yr old and a cat also 4 yr old. We live in the countryside of Tai Po. 

We are looking for help with the housework and the animals. The person must be wise, trustworthy, honest, able to work independently, able think on the spot, kind hearted. Able to be flexible is very important to us.
