Help with baby & toddler

Hi! We are a family of four, with two little girls who are 1 month and 2 years old respectively. We are looking for a helper with at least 2 years of experience and good recommendations. We would like someone warm, kind, organized and flexible to help with day-to-day tasks - priority is looking after our children, cooking and cleaning.
