Hiring an assistant to serve a family of three (including a one-year-old baby)

There are three members in our family: my husband, me, and our 10-month-old daughter.

Job Skills Requirements

1. Core responsibilities of the nanny: skilled in making delicious baby food and supplementary food.

2. Must be able to prepare Chinese meals; you need to prepare at least two meals for adults every day.

3. Daytime childcare responsibilities: taking care of the baby, bathing her, interacting and playing with her, while always prioritizing the child's safety. No need for night shifts; you don’t need to sleep with the baby.

4. Providing a private bedroom with an independent bathroom for your use.

5. Detail-oriented and serious, good at home organization, storage, and daily chores.

6. Preference for those with clear and understandable English accents.

Personality and Background Requirements

1. Preference for those with Middle Eastern work experience; diligent, eager to learn, mild-tempered, and respectful of others (no backtalk).

2. Preference for those with children.

3. Must be honest and reliable, not frequently asking to go out.

4. Must undergo a comprehensive physical examination to confirm physical health.
