Family Assistant

We are a family consisting of two adults and a 10-year-old boy, sincerely looking for a reliable and responsible family assistant to help manage our 1300 square foot three-bedroom apartment. This position will offer a spacious private room, along with independent bathroom facilities, air conditioning, and a washing machine for your use.

Main Responsibilities:

• Cooking: Prepare delicious authentic Chinese meals for the family (daily meals).
• Housekeeping: Ensure the entire apartment remains tidy (including vacuuming, mopping, and cleaning rooms and bathrooms).
• Ironing: Iron clothes and bedding as needed.
• Shopping: Responsible for buying groceries and daily necessities needed each day.
• Childcare: Safely transport our 10-year-old son to school and extracurricular activities.
• Vehicle Maintenance: Perform basic car washing and maintenance.
• Pet Care: Feed, walk, and care for our family dog (including daily brushing and light grooming).

Requirements:

• Experience as a family assistant or helper (preferred).
• Proficient in Chinese and/or Western cooking.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Responsible, trustworthy, and attentive.
• Fluent Mandarin is a plus.
• Able to follow instructions and work independently.
