Domestic Helper Employment Duties & Conditions

I. Daily Cleaning & Hygiene

· Sweep, mop, and vacuum all floors throughout the home daily· Dust and wipe all furniture surfaces, window sills, and coffee tables· Keep the kitchen, stove top, and range hood clean and grease-free· Clean all bathrooms (toilet, sink, bathtub/shower area, mirrors)· Regularly change and wash bed sheets, duvet covers, and pillowcases· Sort and dispose of garbage properly, keeping bins clean and odour-free

II. Laundry & Garment Care

· Sort and wash all household laundry by colour and fabric type· Hand-wash or machine-wash items according to care label instructions· Hang, fold, and organise all clean laundry for storage· Iron and press shirts, trousers, and other garments as required

III. Meal Preparation & Kitchen Duties

· Wash all dishes, pots, pans, and utensils for three meals daily· Assist with food preparation (washing, peeling, cutting, and marinating ingredients)· Assist with cooking and simple meal preparation as directed by the employer· Keep the refrigerator, microwave, oven, and other appliances clean inside and out

IV. Childcare & Academic Support

· Assist in caring for two children in the household (including school/activity drop-off and pick-up)· Supervise and tutor the older child's homework (checking assignments, revision, and preview of lessons)· Assist in managing the children's daily routines, meals, and extracurricular activities· Ensure the safety of the children at all times and report any unusual situations to the employer promptly

V. Deep Cleaning (Periodic)

· Perform thorough deep-cleaning of the entire home on a monthly/quarterly basis (e.g., window cleaning, curtain washing, sofa mite removal)· Clean air-conditioner filters, ceiling fan blades, and exhaust fans· Clean inside cupboards, under beds, and all hard-to-reach corners· Wax and maintain floor surfaces (if applicable)· Tidy and clean balconies, patios, or other outdoor areas (if any)

VI. Working Hours & Rest Days

· Work 6 days per week, with agreed daily working hours· Entitled to at least 1 rest day per week (specific day to be mutually agreed)· Entitled to statutory public holidays and paid annual leave (in accordance with local labour laws, e.g., Hong Kong/Macau/Singapore)· Provided with a private resting space and reasonable meals/meal allowance

VII. Other Requirements & Conduct

· Be honest, reliable, proactive, and follow all reasonable work instructions· Take good care of household belongings and conserve water and electricity· Do not use the employer's phone, internet, or electronic devices without permission (except for necessary communication)· In case of any emergency, notify the employer immediately
