Helper for senior citizen parents

Looking for a caring and responsible help for senior citizen parents.

We’re looking for someone to help with:

• Housework: keep the home clean and tidy
• Cooking: Vegetarian (Indian / Chinese / Western). Meal plan provided, with recipes and instructions
• Grocery shopping (3x week)
• Routine: Maintain regular routine, incl. meal time, light exercises, daily walks, occasional hospital visits for blood-taking

Expectations:

• Firm but respectful in supporting parents’ healthy and active routine
• Patient and can communicate clearly and directly
• Attentive to hygiene and detail
• Values regular, 2-way communication

Preference:

• Elderly care experience
• At least one reference letter
• Already based in Hong Kong
