Helper who's patient, honest, hardworking

We are a family of two adults, two boys aged 6 and 2. We also have a helper who's been working for us for over six years. We are looking to add another helper who's patient, honest, hardworking and smart. Day to day duty includes: - look after my elder boy - marketing daily and cook - tutor his homework preferably - day off on Sunday but can accept flexible arrangement if needed.
