[Recruitment] Full-Time Household Assistant (Option for Live-In or Not) — Sham Shui Po, Hong Kong

We are a family living in Sham Shui Po, Hong Kong, consisting of French nationals and local Hong Kong residents. We are currently seeking a loving, reliable, and experienced household assistant to join our family. We are currently residing in a cozy two-bedroom apartment (about 500 square feet) and hope to have someone start soon. There is a newborn baby (1 month old) and 3 adorable Ragdoll cats at home.

Job Details 🔆 Position: Household Assistant + Newborn Care Assistance | Location: Sham Shui Po, Hong Kong | Work Hours: Full-time, Monday to Saturday; Sundays and all Hong Kong public holidays off | Start Date: As soon as possible (preferably you are already in Hong Kong) | Living Arrangement: Option for live-in or not. Our Family - 🔆 2 adults (French and Hong Kong local couple) | 1 newborn (1 month old) | 3 Ragdoll cats.
Main Responsibilities 🔆 3.1 Newborn Care: Feeding (preparing formula, sterilizing bottles) | Changing diapers | Night care assistance (as scheduled) | Bathing and daily care | Creating a safe environment that promotes early development and play 🔆 3.2 Housekeeping: Daily cleaning (sweeping, mopping, dusting) | Simple cooking: Preparing simple daily breakfast and dinner (combination of Chinese and Western styles). Note: We occasionally order takeout, so the cooking workload may vary each week. 🔆 3.4 Pet Care (3 Ragdoll cats): Daily cleaning of the automatic litter box | Daily replenishing of cat food and drinking water | Daily grooming to maintain hygiene. 4. Salary and Benefits 🔆 Salary: Up to 5,500 HKD per month (based on experience). 🔆 Bonuses: Performance bonus, birthday bonus, Christmas bonus, and Lunar New Year bonus. 🔆 Completion Bonus: 15% of total basic salary earned during the contract period. 🔆 Holiday: One paid family visit back to the Philippines annually (specific arrangements depend on family circumstances).

Accommodation: If living-in is chosen, a private room will be provided (the room may include designated storage space).

5. Job Requirements 🔆 Must have completed the previous contract (or have legitimate reasons for early termination/change of employer). 🔆 Currently residing in Hong Kong. 🔆 Must be able to provide a good reference from a previous employer. 🔆 Must have practical experience caring for newborns or young children.

Personality Traits: Honest, Patient, Detail-oriented, Humble, and Friendly. Organized at work, able to assist in arranging playdates for the kids and occasional family gatherings. Focus on personal hygiene; non-smoker; non-drinker. No outstanding debts (please note that we may inquire about your financial or contractual status).

❗️ Must be willing to occasionally travel with the employer's family to other areas in Asia and France.
