Hiring obey, patience helper for my daughter

Sir and madam need work everyday Sir works shift Madam works 5 days during weekdays (madam will leave home around 08:30am and back at 19:30) Sometimes grandparent will come to visit our daughter but do not rely on them as they are old enough. My helper needs to take care our daughter (now aged 3y4m) She will go to K1 in September 2022. My helper needs to take her to school at Prince Edward from Kowloon Bay (school time starts 09:00am) so the helper needs to prepare well (including bfast and dressing ) for my daughter and leave home around 08:00am during Monday to Friday. After bring my daughter school, sometimes need marketing (no need everyday)... 12:00 - my daughter will off school , need to pick her up and go home for shower + lunch (cook to her) ... After lunch , let her have a nap ... Then the helper will do some mopping / cleaning home / laundry / prepare food for dinner ... After my daughter wake up , prepare dinner for her around 18:30 and finish before 19:30... Madam will back home around 19:30 , then have dinner .... 21:00 - 22:00 milk time / brushing teeth and prepare my daughter to rest . * Last but not least, as Sir works shift, Madam wish the helper give help during some public holidays ... ***When finishing contract, Sir/ Madam is willing pay monies instead of holidays to back home. ***
