HK family looking for english speaking helper

We are a family of two adults and one boy aged at almost 2 years old. We live in Shatin Hong Kong. We require a helper who can speak good english, patient to take care of our boy and do the housework including cooking and shopping for food. We want to hire a helper who can always be positive and treat our kid as her own child. We don't want argument in our house and we want our reasonable orders are followed through.
