Looking for a long term nanny

Hello dear applicant,

We are a family of 3, husband, wife, and a 18month old boy. We currently have a helper, a nanny, and a driver. Our helper mostly takes care of cooking, cleaning and houseworks so our Nanny can focus on our son.

Our current nanny wishes to return to the Philippines due to her health and will finish her contact in December. We want to find someone now so our current nanny has enough time to help you get used to our son.

We are looking for a kind, honest, caring, loyal and cheerful nanny who is willing to stay for as long as possible. We expect our nanny to be dedicated to him and any other duties will be minimal. Nanny duties include feeding and bathing him, attending his playgroups a few times a week, nap him and sleep him, taking him to a near by park, making sure his diaper bag is packed, communicate with other helper to prepare baby's food, arrange playdates with other helpers and etc.

We consider ourselves kind and generous. We are work-from-home parents so a lot of your duties will be shared with us. We make sure that all our helpers are comfortable, well fed, and has everything they need. We also guarantee a certain amount of raise every contract renewal. However, we do not wish to have somebody who will talk back or tries to argue with us with our parenting decisions.
