Looking for a good English helper

Seeking a compassionate and dedicated Helper to join our family and provide support for my daughter, who recently immigrated from mainland China to Hong Kong. Currently living with her cousin, my daughter requires a caring companion as I travel frequently for work and am not often home.

This full-time position primarily involves taking care of a teenager, engaging her in conversation in English, assisting with light cooking, and performing minimal cleaning tasks. As my daughter's cousin is often busy with work, you will spend most of your time together.

We are looking for someone who is not only nurturing and patient but also has a genuine love for children. It is essential that you are fluent in spoken English, as my daughter is quite independent but needs support in improving her English language skills. If you have prior teaching experience, that would be a significant advantage and greatly appreciated.

Our home is located in a peaceful country house on a hill in the Taipo area of the New Territories in Hong Kong. There is a 10-minute walk from the nearest MTR station to our house, accessible via a safe and easy hill track. While we are not situated in the bustling downtown area, this serene countryside setting offers a wonderful place to live for those who enjoy tranquility and nature.
