Hong Kong Chinese Family looking for an experienced DH

Looking for a domestic helper to do chore housekeeping with the following tasks:
 

1. Daily household cleanups 
2. Walk dog 3 to 4 times per day (5 to 10 mins per walk)
3. Car wash once per week 2 cars
4. Change aquarium water once per week
5. Prepare morning breakfast ,occasional lunch and daily dinner mainly Chinese dishes
6. Wash the outside ceramic floor whenever is required 

Requirements of domestic helper:

1. Experience with at least 2 years of completed contract in H.K
2. Self engaged and autonomous
3. Hard working and willing to learn
4. Honest
5. A pleasant personality
6. Respectful

Package:

1. Provide higher salary for suitable candidate based on experience and attitude.
2. Chinese New Red Pocket at least hkd 300 depending on work attitude.
3. Discretionary bonus for completion of a 2 yr. contract with good performance.
4. Holiday will be granted at least once per week usually Saturdays and most public holidays except on important festive days like Chinese new year.

Family size 2 adults ,2 teenagers with 1 lovely 🐕.
