Hong Kong Family looks for helper

We are a warm and welcoming family based in Hong Kong with a delightful toddler under 2 years old.

We are currently seeking a dedicated Domestic Helper who has completed their contract. The ideal candidate will possess qualities such as discipline, detail-oriented, caring, love, honesty, reliability, and excellent communication skills. A positive attitude and a willingness to work with a "roll-up-your-sleeves" and " fast-learning " spirit are essential.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Housekeeping (25%)
• Cooking (5%) , we eat quite healthy, don't prefer oily , or frying .
• Childcare (70%)

The role requires the helper to provide overnight care for our son including taking him to school class, he is sweet but can be a bit demanding. We will provide you with a separate room for your comfort. A food allowance will also be included.

Our family culture is straightforward and respectful. You will work with minimal supervision and report directly to the household manager (ma'am , yes it's me, Type A, Virgo, principled lady , a bit clean freak.). We pride ourselves on being an open-minded and happy family, with our child being our main focus—he is your most important big boss!

If our son likes you, we believe that everyone will be happy, money is happy too , please bear in mind that this is our golden rule, I am pretty sure you get what I mean.

Straight-forward ahead, you have to NOT loan from third-party in HK , NOT steal , NOT social media using when you are in duty, NOT treat kid in violence. If any inappropriate behaviors are suspected or proved tangibly, legal investigation will be conducted and legal-duties will be borne by you and we will definitely terminate contract without compensation of breaking contract. Before work, you will be asked to sign a " work ethic " statement.
