Domestic Helper Wanted – Newborn Care

We are in search of a compassionate, patient, and gentle individual with experience in caring for newborns (0–6 months) to become a valuable member of our family.

About Our Home: Our welcoming 600 sq ft living space is located in Tai Po, near Science Park. It features three bedrooms and one bathroom, and we do not have any pets. The helper will share a room with our newborn, providing a supportive atmosphere for infant care.

Main Responsibilities:

• Feed, burp, bathe, change diapers, and comfort the baby.
• Share the baby’s room, which is equipped with a separate bed, and assist with nighttime care. Rest arrangements will be discussed to ensure comfort for everyone.
• Wash and sterilize feeding bottles, as well as clean baby clothes and equipment.
• Follow parents’ instructions diligently and communicate any concerns or observations promptly.
• Assist with cooking, cleaning, and laundry as time permits while caring for the baby.

Desired Qualifications:

• A calm demeanor, a safety-conscious approach, and a commitment to cleanliness, with a non-smoking status.
• A reference letter from a previous employer is highly preferred, especially if it verifies newborn care experience.
• A contactable reference from a prior employer is also preferred.
• Infant first-aid/CPR training is desirable, or a willingness to complete such training.
