Join Our Happy, Growing Family in Hong Kong! (Second Helper)

We are a Hong Kong-Swedish family in our 30s with two sweet children: an energetic 2-year-old boy and a 6-month-old girl (and plans to grow our family in the future!). We also have a fantastic, friendly Indonesian helper who has been with us since early 2024.

We both work from home full-time, so we are most of the time around to support, offer flexibility, and help manage the daily flow. As our family grows, we are looking for a second helper to share the workload. We value a collaborative, positive household where everyone works together—you will always have a co-worker and supportive employers by your side!

What We Are Looking For

• Childcare Experience: Patient, loving, and genuinely enjoys playing with and caring for young children.

• Household & Cooking: Strong skills in general housework (cleaning, laundry, ironing). A good cook—or someone eager to follow new recipes—is a big plus!

• Mindset & Communication: Honest, kind, detail-oriented, and solution-minded. We appreciate taking initiative and a willingness to learn.

• Language: Preferbly fluent English. (Cantonese or Mandarin is a welcome bonus, but not required.) It is also okay as long as your English is good enough for daily conversations.

• Team Player: Someone who communicates openly and works seamlessly alongside our current helper.

• Long-Term Commitment: We are looking for someone seeking a stable, long-term role to provide continuity for our children.
