Key Requirements

1. Experience with Infants (Non-negotiable)

· Must have proven experience caring for newborns and young infants (0–12 months)

· Familiar with infant routines: feeding (breastmilk/formula), burping, bathing, sleep training, and developmental milestones

· Able to prepare fresh, age-appropriate baby food (purees, etc.) once the baby starts solids

2.Work Experience & References

· Must have previous work experience in Hong Kong or abroad with verifiable employment history

· Good track record – no history of dishonesty, conflicts with employers, or termination

· Must be able to provide reference check(s) from previous employer(s) – contact details of past employer(s) required

3. Duties

· Primary focus: Care for a young infant (supervision, safety, hygiene, feeding, and emotional care)

· Household cleaning: Maintain cleanliness of the home (general cleaning, laundry, organization)

· Baby-related chores: Clean and sterilize baby bottles and utensils; wash and organize baby clothes and nursery

· Cooking: Prepare simple, healthy meals for the baby and occasionally assist with family meals
