Indian family looking for an employer

We are a kind and caring Indian family with 3 members. I have 2 daughters aged 24 and 27. We all work. We are looking for a helper who is honest and dedicated to her job. We want someone who can show a sense of responsibility and communicate clearly. We are looking for someone who has experience with cleaning & cooking skills. Any added skills such as baking, looking after plants and/or gift wrapping would be more than welcome :)
